Metal hoses

Metal pressure hoses and tubes – most often made of 304 or 316 steel, with matched, welded fittings – perfect for applications in conditions under which rubber or plastic solutions are insufficient, for example due to the medium transferred.
A wide range of operating temperatures, ranging from -270°C to + 550°C, high operating pressure parameters and supreme mechanical and chemical resistance make metal hoses great for applications related to the transport of:

• steam and hot water;
• hot air (pneumatic transport, compressors);
• chemicals, oils (bituminous masses, etc.);
• vapor and liquid phases (LNG, LPG, CNG, CO2, etc.).

Metal hoses ensure good operating parameters, such as empty weight or bend radius, ensuring long and seamless operation.
Easy selection of fittings for this type of tubes (threads, extensions, flanges, etc.) also allows to use the hoses as expansion joints which separate vibrating elements from rigid frames.
