Steam hoses

Steam hoses are used to transfer saturated, wet, dry, superheated and power steam. They are used in heating or process steam systems, when cleaning machinery and plants, in the chemical, petrochemical and food industry (clean steam). Factors to be taken into consideration to appropriately select the correct product for a particular application include steam type, temperature, pressure and ambient conditions, as an incorrectly selected product may pose a threat to the operator.
Steam hoses are also used as finished flexible tubes equipped with fittings/connectors dedicated to a specific workplace.
In order to appropriately select the hose for the medium to be transferred, make sure to review its data sheet characteristics, internal/external layer material and chemical resistance in the chemical resistance table.
