DIABLO is a high-flexibility, corrugated suction and discharge hose, offered with a white inner lining as standard. Used as a flexible connection between the compressor and the silo for unloading bulk materials and hot air.
FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) approved.
The tape is printed with the manufacturer's name and logo, temperature and operating pressure data.
Hot air, bulk materials
- inner liner: white rubber layer; smooth; heat resistant; food grade (FDA approved)
- reinforcement: layers of high tensile nylon webbing with a spiral wire
- outer layer: black corrugated rubber, resistant to weather, ozone, heat and abrasion
- working temperature: -40°C - +180°C, in peaks of max +240°C.
- maximum working pressure: 6-10 bar, depending on the diameter
